SEN unveils comprehensive coverage of 2025 NRL season
Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has doubled down on rugby league in 2025, moving to broadcast four matches per weekend, as well as unveiling SEN Stadium in-venue coverage at all matches.
SEN's expert call team for the 2025 NRL Premiership season includes renowned names such as Brett Kimmorley, Scott Sattler, Justin Horo, Tim Mannah, Andrew McCullough, Adam Blair, Mark Carroll, Corey Parker, Tim Mannah and Gary Freeman. Play-by-play commentary will be delivered by Joel Caine, Brenton Speed, Jimmy Smith and Mark Braybrook.
They join weekday hosts, experts and personalities such as Matty Johns, Denan Kemp, Michelle Bishop, Bryan Fletcher, Matthew White, Corey Parker and Matt Rogers as part of SEN League’s 7-days-a-week coverage.
In addition to live game coverage, SEN is excited to announce the launch of ‘Saturday League Kick-Off’, a new show hosted by Scott Sattler and Andrew Webster. The show will also be simulcast live on Fox Sports every Saturday from 10am, beginning March 15, with the radio-only launch on March 8.
Support shows such as ‘Crunch Time NRL’ will also be back, airing from midday every Saturday and Sunday as the team counts down to kick-off. The Saturday edition will be hosted by Satts & Webby along with the Saturday NRL call team, while the Sunday edition will be hosted by Jimmy Smith and Justin Horo.
Once again in 2025, SEN 1170AM will be the home of all things NRL, with SENQ 693AM and Gold Coast 1620AM also broadcasting up to four games each week, while the Super Radio and Resonate Networks will take two games a week, usually on Thursdays and Fridays. A full list of stations taking SEN’s NRL coverage can be found below*.
Listeners can enjoy four matches broadcast live every weekend, which are also available to be streamed on SEN Fanatic, via the SEN App. Additionally, for fans of the Brisbane Broncos and Melbourne Storm, these games will have parochial ‘Broncos Radio’ and ‘Storm Radio’ calls respectively.
SEN Stadium will provide real-time commentary for in-venue audiences - ensuring fans don't miss a moment of the action – whilst SEN Sync will enable a premium experience for fans watching the television broadcast simultaneously at home.
SEN CEO, Craig Hutchison, expressed his excitement for the 2025 NRL Premiership season.
"We are once again incredibly proud of the line-up of talent and programming we have put together to cover the 2025 NRL season. At SEN, we aim to continuously innovate and provide the best possible experience for our listeners, maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products covering the NRL across the board.”
SEN’s coverage of Round 1 of the 2025 NRL season will continue tonight (Thursday 6 March), when the Sydney Roosters take on the Brisbane Broncos. Broadcast will begin from 7pm AEDT/6pm AEST, before the start of play at 8pm AEDT/7pm AEDT. Broncos Radio will be available via SEN Fanatic.
