Sam Ackerman is joined by New Zealand Warriors halfback Tanah Boyd and club legend Jerome Ropati for The Finals Countdown on Sport Nation.
The team start by reflecting on a remarkable weekend of preliminary finals action, highlighted by the underdog Knights tipping over the Penrith Panthers in a stunning contest in Sydney.
Attention swiftly turns to this Sunday, where the Roosters will try to put a halt to Newcastle's fairytale story by lifting the NRL Premiership.
The lads look at the key match ups, the tactics each coach might look to use, before making their predictions.
The Roosters open as favourites in betcha's* head-to-head odds, paying $1.44 to win against the Knights, who are at $2.80.
