Unbeaten start: Aussies keep rolling at U-19 World Cup

Australia has picked up another win at the Under-19 Cricket World Cup as they push to 3-0 from three games.
This victory was perhaps their most impressive yet, as Ollie Peake’s side dismantled South Africa by 6 wickets at Namibia Cricket Ground.
The damage was done with the ball by the reigning champs as they had South Africa reeling at 4/37 in the first 10 overs.
The likes of Charles Lachmund (3/29), Will Byrom (2/16) and Aryan Sharma (2/27) then restricted the Proteas to just 118 from 32.1 overs.
Lachmund in particular produced an absolute seed of a delivery, bowling Lethabo Phahlamohlaka with an in-swinger that clipped the top of off stump after the keeper didn’t offer a shot.

While it was a small total to chase, things didn’t start all that well for the Aussies as they lost Will Malajczuk for just four.
But any concern was quickly pushed aside as No. 3 Steve Hogan put together 43 from 73 balls to help steer his side to victory.
Alex Lee Young and Jayden Draper both finished 21 not out as the Aussies reached the target with more than 17 overs to spare.

It’s now the side’s third big win this tournament, with their previous victories coming by eight wickets and nine wickets against Ireland and Sri Lanka, respectively.
Australia next face the West Indies on Wednesday, where they’ll look to confirm a Semi-Final spot, which is already all but guaranteed.
