Jordan Dawson takes out third straight best and fairest

Adelaide captain and superstar Jordan Dawson has won his third straight Malcolm Blight Medal, taking the honours as the club’s best and fairest for the third straight season.
Playing out a career best year, Dawson was a standout across the competition, averaging 23 disposals, seven tackles and four clearances per game to lead his side to a minor premiership.
The 28-year-old finished in fourth place in the 2025 AFL Brownlow Medal, collecting 27 votes over his 23 home and away games, while being named All-Australian vice-captain.
He becomes the first player in Adelaide history to win three straight club best and fairest awards, finishing second, first, equal-first and first within his four years since joining the club.
Dawson narrowly beat out star key forward Riley Thilthorpe, while defender Josh Worrell claimed third place.
