The lads have taken a close look at Bendigo, Rosehill, Doomben & Murray Bridge in a bid to find the family some winners.
See their best bets below:👇

BENDIGO
Race 3 | 10. Entrusting
Ben Allen and Blinkers go back on here and third up is ready to fire! Not a massive amount of speed in the race which is similar to last start but is drawn better so expect a little more prominent spot in running. His runs last prep behind Sabaj/Shamwah ect. measure up here and he is over the odds at $8.50.
Race 5 | 7. Innocent Enuff (each-way)
Drawn perfectly to find the fence and control the race just like she did last start at this track and distance. She always runs well and gives herself every single chance. The race might have a little more depth than last start, but there is no doubt she’s over the odds at $10 and a great each way play.
Race 6 | 11. Scillato
Started her career brilliantly and ran really well in a tough MV race and to be fair that last run she had enough. Probably getting this price due to the fact it’s not a high profile stable and the gate is a smidge tricky. I think that could work later in the day with the middle of the track. Fingers crossed she gets a little lack i.e. a backside as I think she’s got way too class for these!
Race 7 | 6. Quietness
In a very open Bendigo Cup I’m with this Mare. Gate is a little tricky but I think she’ll get a squeeze forward and sit on the tempo and even if it’s slow early she will inject a little speed into it. She keeps knocking on the door to break that Australian maiden but I think up to the 2400 today is the day, third up where she runs particularly well and wins!
ROSEHILL
Race 1 | 11. Peace Bird
Needs to go up a level up in class but third up has the race fitness and will have the run of the race. Looks like a girl who’s going to enjoy 1400m and Ashley Morgan is riding particularly well. Open race so don’t go nuts, but I do expect this filly to be in the finish again.
Race 4 | 2. Unlimited
Has had a freshen up since finishing behind Gilded Water and normally runs well off this type of setup. Back to the 1800m where he was so good in winning two starts back at Caulfield. J Mac should be able to give him every possible opportunity and probably closer in the run This is way easier and I wouldn’t want any shorter than $2.50 but he’s the class horse and quite clearly the one to beat.
DOOMBEN
Race 3 | 4. Nottingham Prince (each-way)
Third up today and had the fitness over a few of these! Heavy track form is the big question for heaps but he has been on it once and it was a long behind Beadman but not far behind others. Was pretty good last at Ipswich and starts at the 1350m which is a plus. He is well over the odds at $12.

BENDIGO
Race 2 | 8. Castellito
My most loved jockey trainer combo in the land. This horse is no star but looks to have found another good race. Has enough talent to win from a soft draw.
Race 7 | 4. Sayedaty Sadaty
If you ignore the oddly run bart Cummings he’s the one to beat. As long as that didn’t cook him, I have him on speed or in the first few and class should get him over the line. Lesser stake of course than normal bests.
Race 8 | 10. Ahha Ahha
Really like this horse and have been nibbling away since the open. Jump-outs solid, good deck Nice gate: ticks boxes.
Race 9 | 11. Big Sexy
Named after me this horse flew last time out. Been looking for a chance to qualify for the Flemington final next week. Danger dragoon and bolt saver.
MURRAY BRIDGE
Race 3 | 3. Angel Torque
Had looked good here before and goes into this off a nice trial.
Race 5 | 9. Shalhavmusik
Just missed last maiden in town. Second up with stubby should go close.
