Race 5 | 7. Rock Revolution
This is simply a speed map bet. Is the only leader in the race and although a tad disappointing last start, his race two back will win this. If he gets away with racing murder he will win this race and I expect he will.
Race 6 | 2. Hawkins
Probably should’ve nearly won last start when had no luck and had to start and stop and there is no doubt the further the better. The 2000m today is perfect and with a little luck should win.
Race 8 | 2. Deadly Press
Form on good track doesn’t read all that well but they have been tougher races than this. Had to go back from a wide gate resuming at Warrnambool and from an inside gate today I expect Ben Allen to be a little more prominent. The Warrnambool race has certainly held up with winners coming out of it already and it was by far the run of the race of the back markers, can win today which he has done second-up before!
TAMWORTH
Race 2 | 8. Zelestial
Former import who we haven’t seen for nearly two years but certainly has class on these. Always an unknown but has been trialling well. Ran well on debut on a soft track behind a subsequent Group 3 winner.
Race 5 | 4. Hollywood Gold
Was pretty good resuming and I think getting to the 1200m first time helps! Perfectly drawn and no doubt will sit in the prob behind Mellencamp. Can stalk and with the added fitness be hard to beat. Soft track and Luke Rolls big ticks. Climate Control obvious danger but that gate is a killer and I think to get cover will be a long way back without breakneck speed in the run.

KILMORE
Race 3 | 11. Brutalina
Led and collared late first up. Will apply similar tactics today and has a fitness edge over the debutant. $1.80.
TAMWORTH
Race 4 | 8. Steel Claws
Freshened. Enjoys sting out of the ground and has in form Siena Grima onboard. Will bowl along in front and be hard to run down. $5 a nice price.
BARCALDINE
Race 3 | 3. Ablett
Winning form recently. A lot of speed in race, so apprentice can't afford to overdo it early, but is brave. $3.60. Yaaaaabbbblllleeeeeettttttt!
