Race 6 | 3. Aztec State
Bit of a task to win first-up from a spell, but the jumpouts and trials have been solid. Looks screwed down enough to be a big chance in this and will need luck, but happy to have a crack each-way.
EAGLE FARM
Race 3 | 3. Etna Rosso
Huge jockey change with Zac Lloyd hopping off for James McDonald. Up to 3200 metres from a cheap alley with J-Mac smoking the pipe just off the lead speed.
Race 7 | 4. Firestorm
Going with completely different form and looking away from the QLD references. Goes like a jet when fresh with four wins from five resuming efforts. Drawn to let the speed go, blend in midfield and launch up the middle.

Race 2 | 5. Terilee
Was heavily supported last start and was victim of the outside barrier whilst the winner Ahha Ahha drew 2. Draws a mid gate to race closer to the speed and the drop back in trip of 100m shouldn’t be a concern.
Race 3 | 8. Ahha Ahha
Bolted in last start after being given the perfect ride. Draws the same barrier here to get the perfect run behind Whateley and gets a claim to come in with hardly any weight on her back.
Race 4 | 3. Dirty Grin
Just missed out in a stronger race to this last start and he should go one better here. Won’t get as far back as he did either and gets a helpful claim with Cartwright sticking with him.
Race 6 | 5. Roadcone
Is looking to win three on the bounce and he will also find this race easier than when he won here last start when leading all the way. Should control the race again and be too good for them.
Race 8 | 1. Katsu (value)
Joins the Hayes boys and he has looked good at the trials and will run a cheeky race here. He flies first up winning 3/6 and all his 5 wins have come over this short course of 1000m. Soft track suits and he’s a great ew play. Will come across with the fav.
ROSEHILL
Race 5 | 10. Martini Mumma (each-way)
Didn’t have the best of it last start when she resumed and she should find this a tad easier. Draws much better today in two and she’s had a win second up in the past. Is a great ew play.
Race 9 | 6. Half Yours
So hard to against the fav here in No.6 Half Yours on what he did last start here in the same grade. Came from last to first after a daring ride from Gibbons and the 2000m looks up his alley.
Race 10 | 8. Weeping Woman
Was a beaten fav first up and she’s a much better galloper second up. Better surface here is a big help but unfortunately the gate is against her. She does come in after scratchings and she will roll forward. Any luck at all she can win.
