Another week of Beaver & Guy is in the books!
With the Blackcaps' ICC Champions Trophy campaign and a new Super Rugby Pacific season not far away, there was plenty for the boys to sink their teeth into.
From cyclist Aaron Gate stating his intent to compete at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, to Nottingham Forest podcaster Greg Oram, plus Moana Pasifika head coach Tana Umaga - there was a great array of special guest interviews worth catching up on.
This is the best from the week that was on Sport Nation's Beaver & Guy:
Blackcaps
Head coach Gary Stead joined the show ahead of their ICC Champions Trophy campaign, with their ambitions clear to bring home some white-ball silverware, plus he revealed that his future at the helm might not be a certainty with his contract up for renewal.
Super Rugby Pacific
CEO Jack Mesley joined the show following the announcement of the Player of the Year award and touches on the potential of a draft and other ideas in the pipeline for the future of the competition.
Brad Weber
The former All Black and Chiefs halfback made a special appearance in our Auckland studio to chat about his time in France playing for Stade Français, how the French rugby scene compares to his career in New Zealand, and reveals what he's been up to while back in the country.
