SEN • May 8th, 2025 5:38 pm

The SEN.com.au team has pieced together their weekend multi ahead of Round 9.
With one leg from each contest across the entire round of footy, we've left no stone unturned in building the best odds for your punting needs.
Here are the legs we've locked in across Round 9.
All odds correct with Sportsbet at the time of publishing.
Fremantle v Collingwood
Caleb Serong 25+ disposals ($1.33)
Caleb Serong got 15 disposals in last week’s loss to the Saints, that’s a number he hasn’t fallen to since his rookie year.
Simply put, that will not happen again, especially against a Collingwood side that doesn’t really tag.
He’s also had 25 or more disposals every time he’s faced Collingwood over the last four seasons and 25+ in six of his eight games this season.
He’ll find some form again tonight as the Dockers head into Thursday’s clash with plenty to prove.
Lachlan Geleit
St Kilda v Carlton
Jack Higgins 2+ goals ($1.66)
The odds on this seem too good to be true.
Higgo has been on an absolute tear in 2025, bagging multiple goals in all but one game this season to see the small forward sitting in second place in the Coleman Medal race.
Last time the two sides faced off, the Saint booted two goals in the final round of 2024, including the go-ahead goal to nearly push the Blues out of the eight.
A man for the moment, Higgins is set to light up the TDK Cup, and at $1.66, this is a no-brainer of a risk.
Jaiden Sciberras
Melbourne v Hawthorn
Karl Amon 20+ disposals ($1.23)
After missing last week’s centenary celebrations against the Tigers due to concussion, Karl Amon should be primed upon his return.
Amon exited early in the Eagles game two weeks ago after a head knock but had already compiled 18 disposals in 66 per cent game time.
In his previous six outings in 2025 he had hit the 20-touch marker and in 19 of his 25 appearances in 2024 he did the same.
We reckon against the Demons at the MCG on Saturday he should be nice and fresh to pick up at least another 20 touches.
C'mon, K.Amon!
Andrew Slevison
Essendon v Sydney
Matthew Roberts 20+ disposals ($1.20)
MR34 has rapidly evolved into Mr. Consistent.
Averaging 24.6 disposals a game, Roberts has been one of Sydney’s most prolific ball users, accumulating 20 in all but one game this season (19 against Brisbane).
24+ in all of his last four games, Roberts will be vital in transition as the Swans look to propel their season back on track against the Bombers.
At $1.20, we like these odds.
Jaiden Sciberras
Gold Coast v Western Bulldogs
Matt Rowell 20+ disposals ($1.26)
We know that the Dogs don’t tag, so guys like Rowell, Noah Anderson and Touk Miller could get plenty of it this Saturday night.
While Rowell has had fewer than 20 touches in his last two games, he’s averaging 24.3 disposals a game in 2025 and should reach that kind of number again here.
He’s picked up 29 and 25 touches in his last two games against the Bulldogs, and a whopping 35 the last time he played in Darwin.
20+ shouldn’t be an issue for the inside bull.
Lachlan Geleit
Port Adelaide v Adelaide
Taylor Walker anytime goalscorer ($1.19)
The big Texan loves a showdown.
Nine goals in his last two clashes with the old enemy, Tex has been the most damaging forward player in recent showdown history.
Worth noting, Walker enters this contest in scorching hot form. A major in every game this season, with multiples in five of eight games, the old man has wound back the clock to deliver a string of vintage Tex performances.
A goal in this game seems an absolute lock, and at $1.19, this leg is a set and forget.
Jaiden Sciberras
Richmond v West Coast
Ryan Maric 20+ disposals ($1.36)
Ryan Maric has made a home for himself in defence for the Eagles.
Since shifting to the backline in Round 3 he has hit the 20-disposal threshold in all seven matches.
He’s become the go-to man for Mini McQualter and should be afforded the same freedom at the ‘G on Sunday.
While the Tigers may not score as much as other opponents have against West Coast, which might restrict his kick-in stats, Maric should still get to at least 20 again.
Bank it. Hopefully.
Andrew Slevison
Geelong v GWS
Tom Green 25+ disposals ($1.16)
Ah, the old trusty – Tom Green!
This man knows how to find the pill, and if he gets 25+ this week, that marks one year straight of hitting the mark.
In fact, the last time he missed 25+ was in Round 8 last year against Sydney because he was subbed out in the first quarter due to injury.
Geelong also allows the fifth most disposals to opposition teams, and leak big numbers to opposition midfielders, including Nick Daicos, Scott Pendlebury and Steele Sidebottom, all hitting 25+ last week against the Cats.
Don’t sweat on this leg. Tom Green is the man and a lock for 25+.
Connor Scanlon
North Melbourne v Brisbane
Caleb Daniel 20+ disposals ($1.27)
Have a look at how good the value on Caleb Daniel is here for 20+.
The former Dog has hit 20+ in every game he’s played for North Melbourne, and he shouldn’t stop here.
With Brisbane expected to dominate North Melbourne, Daniel should take plenty of kick-ins.
And wowee, this man loves a kick-in. In his last 3 games, 27.5% of his kicks have come from kick-in play ons, and this is going to carry him to 20+ here.
Caleb Daniel for 20+ is going to be the winner to close out our multi.
