Morris and Buckley’s top four seeds after Round 17, 2025
Nathan Buckley and Tom Morris have named their top four seeds following Round 17 of the 2025 AFL season.
Buckley typically ranks his top four with Gerard Whateley, but with the SEN host off this week, Morris instead joined Bucks in ranking the four teams they have the most confidence in going forward on a weekly basis throughout the year.
The seedings will be updated as the season goes on via SEN’s Whateley.
Whateley's most recent seeds were: 1 - Collingwood, 2 - Brisbane, 3 - Geelong, 4 - Western Bulldogs.
See the seedings below:

BUCKLEY
1 – Collingwood
“Collingwood are the clear number one seed, but I will change underneath them.
“They've earned one through their performances.”
2 – Brisbane
3 – Geelong
4 – Western Bulldogs
“I've put the Bulldogs in instead of the Giants at four with their PFI (Preliminary Final Integrity).
“I've talked them right up.”
MORRIS
1 – Collingwood
2 – Brisbane
3 – Geelong
4 – Adelaide
“I think the Crows are underrated and their forward line I love.”
