Richmond’s Round 1 upset over Carlton at the MCG is one of the best home and away wins Kane Cornes has EVER seen!
The Tigers came from 41 points down in the second term to knock off their heavily favoured opponents by 13 points.
Cornes was completely shocked by the result as a Richmond side widely tipped to finish 18th in 2025 knocked off a team many consider a genuine premiership contender.
“It’s one of the best home and away wins I’ve ever seen,” Cornes said.
“Honestly, one of the best and most shocking home and away wins I’ve ever seen.
“Just enjoy it. Enjoy the win, it was unbelievable.”
