Dwayne Russell's pressure meter heading into Round 11, 2025
SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 11.
Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.
Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.

1 – Port Adelaidevs Fremantle – Optus Stadium – Saturday
“Port Adelaide's one.
“Top four last year, 15th on the ladder right now, lost their last three, season on death row.
“Not only lost their last three, but heading west to play Freo, and the succession plan idea not working right now.
“Ken Hinkley, staring at his worst ever ladder finish in his long tenure at the club, so pressure meter, Port Adelaide number one."
2 - St Kildavs Gold Coast - Marvel Stadium – Sunday
“I've got St Kilda two.
“Lost their last two and face the Suns, who have notoriously been bad away from home.
“Saints need to win this one, so I've got the Saints at number 2.”
3 – Essendonvs Richmond - MCG – Friday
“I've got Essendon at three.
“You have to bounce back from last week's dumping with a win over the 16th place Richmond."
4 - Carltonvs GWS – Marvel Stadium – Saturday
“I've still got Carlton in there, Carlton's at four.
“Still 11th, the Blues, 4-6, lost two of the past three and were expected at least to be top eight and a premiership contender.”
5 – GWSvs Carlton - Marvel Stadium – Saturday
“I've got the Giants at 5.
“Maybe they could be higher but not much moves needle-wise when the Giants lose.
"They haven't got the biggest supporter base, and it doesn't tend to move the needle much nationally, but they have lost four of their last five, and as a premiership contender will drop out of the eight if they lose this game to Carlton at Marvel.
“So, I've got them 5 on the pressure meter.”
