The Warriors look to get back on track this Friday after falling in three of their past four matches.
They face an inconsistent West Tigers side this weekend, who are coming off the back of an upset of a loss to current wooden spoon favourites, The Dragons, 24-10.
The Warriors won’t be taking this Tigers side lightly, losing to them earlier in the year on the back of an Adam Doeuihi masterclass where the home side was defeated 32-14.
Warriors Assistant coach Slade Griffin said on Sport Nation with Millsy and Guy, the side has looked back on the previous meeting and has pointed out what needs to be tweaked defensively to be on the other end of the scoreboard.

Defensive coach Griffin said, “We've had a look back on what they did against us last game. Kind of a few different things we might throw at them this week, obviously some of it's just coming down to the pure fundamentals of the game as well.”
The race for the finals is getting tighter with the Warriors dropping some current games, there’s now only two wins separating them and ninth place on the ladder.
Griffin accounts the way they handle this comes down to the old cliche of just letting one game play out at a time.
Griffin expressed, “You can't be mucking around because the competition is the competition. Other teams are playing well, and we just got to play our best footy.”
The Warriors side welcome three important players back from injury this weekend in Captain James Fisher-Harris, and X-factor players in Alofiana Khan-Pereira, and Leka Halasima.
These reinforcements come back at a crucial time in the latter part of the season, with nine games left before the finals, in what will be a tight race.
