All the retirements of the 2025 AFL season
The 2025 AFL retirements have started with several players calling time.
The recent announcements have been headlined by five-time All-Australian Jeremy McGovern, Carlton legend Sam Docherty, and five-time leading Fremantle goal kicker Michael Walters.
Whether the decision to retire was made by personal circumstances, forced upon by injury, or a combination of both, all these players will be deeply remembered for their amazing contributions to the AFL.
