AFL locks in Round 24 fixture
The AFL’s Round 24 fixture is finally in with the scheduling of 10 games confirmed for the last round of the 2025 home and away season.
Things begin on Thursday with Essendon meeting Carlton at the MCG, while Friday will have a double-header between Collingwood – who could be playing for a crucial top four spot – and Melbourne at the MCG, as well as Port Adelaide v Gold Coast at the Adelaide Oval.
Saturday sees three pretty lopsided games before Sunday heats up again with all of GWS, Western Bulldogs, Fremantle, Brisbane and Hawthorn playing in games that could shape the top eight.
The last game of the season comes on Wednesday during the finals bye week as Gold Coast and Essendon finally catch up on their rescheduled Opening Round game.
