Swingman axed as Swans delist further two
The Sydney Swans have made a further two list changes, delisting a veteran swingman and an untried rookie selection.

28-year-old Aaron Francis has been let go by the club after managing just 10 games in 2025.
After three seasons with the club, Francis managed just 30 games, playing a total of 84 between the Swans and Essendon since being drafted with the sixth overall pick in 2015.
Within his 10 games this season, Francis was substituted out three times, and came in as the sub twice.
Rookie selection Blake Leidler has also been let go by the club without managing a single AFL appearance.
Selected with the 14th pick of the rookie draft in 2024, 19-year-old Leidler played in 16 VFL games for the Swans.
“I want to thank Aaron and Blake for their contributions to our football club,” Swans GM Leon Cameron said.
“Since arriving at the club a few years ago, Aaron in particular has played an extremely important role in adding experience and versatility to our senior side. He was also a very valuable contributor when he played VFL footy, helping develop our younger athletes.
“Blake was a solid contributor in our VFL side this season, and I thank him for his commitment to our program since arriving in Sydney.
“I wish both boys the very best for their futures.”
