Daicos and Nasiah lead 22Under22 side for 2025

The 22Under22 side for 2025 has been named with Collingwood star Nick Daicos named captain – for a third-straight year - and St Kilda’s Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera vice-captain.
Brisbane were the most represented team with five players honoured in Darcy Wilmot, Jaspa Fletcher, Logan Morris, Will Ashcroft and Levi Ashcroft, while Adelaide were next best with three.
Two first-year players – Murphy Reid and Levi Ashcroft - made the team after being selected with picks 17 and 5 respectively in last year’s draft.
Daicos is now a four-time honouree and in doing so becomes one of seven players to do so alongside Marcus Bontempelli (five-time), Luke Jackson, Bailey Smith, Andrew McGrath, Aaron Naughton and Sam Walsh.
Captain Daicos also becomes the second player ever to captain the side on three occasions alongside Bontempelli.
Wanganeen-Milera, Josh Rachele and Harry Sheezel also made their third-straight teams.
Four clubs – Richmond, Sydney, Carlton and Melbourne – didn’t have any players selected.
