VIDEO: Seagull wiped out by wild local footy kick

The term falcon may soon be replaced by seagull if this one in a million moment has anything to do with it.
Incredible vision from the Seaford Tigers clash with the Somerville Eagles showed an unlucky seagull becoming collateral damage after being wiped out by an attempt on goal.
The gull fell from the sky with an audible thud after being struck by the Eagle player whose teammate had to pick it up and take it to the sideline.
“I’ve seen some stuff in footy, but this is probably up there with the weirdest,” said one onlooker that posted the video to X.
“Now you’ve seen everything in footy,” wrote News Corp journalist Paul Amy.
Somerville ran out two-point winners (90-88) in the clash with some at the ground later confirming the seagull had survived the ordeal.
