“This is their moment”: The team under the most pressure in Round 17
SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 17.
Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.
Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.

1 – St Kildavs Essendon – Marvel Stadium – Sunday
“If this team really has improved and is on the right track, if Ross Lyon is the right man, up there with the best coaches in the comp, then the Saints need to beat Essendon,” Russell told SEN's Dwayne's World.
“No excuses if you lose this one. This is the one that they simply have to tick off.
“They've had excuses, they've played really good teams, they've been competitive against good teams, but there is no excuses for this one, and I think they know it as well.
“They are 13th right now, six wins and nine losses. They could get a run to the top 10, but I reckon they should still be aiming for top eight and top six, that's where I stand with St Kilda.
“This is their moment.”
2 - Geelongvs Brisbane – GMHBA Stadium – Thursday
“Lost three of their last four, the Cats.
“They need to win at home against the team that beat them in the Grand Final last year to stay a chance at the top two.
“If the Cats lose this, they fall out of the top four, so in terms of premiership chances, the Cats wouldn't want to drop this at home.”
3 – Gold Coastvs Collingwood - People First Stadium – Saturday
“A lot of people have the Gold Coast at one.
“They've lost their last four, and they are currently 11th. It's not good enough for this list, and I think Damien Hardwick knows it.
“He is getting really grumpy because he knows it.”
4 - GWS Giantsvs Fremantle – Corroboree Group Oval Manuka – Saturday
“They've lost their last three games, the Giants.
“I know they've got Fremantle in Canberra which is a hard one, but they've actually beaten some good sides when they've got their game going.
“They smashed the ions a few weeks ago, and almost smashed the Lions to the point that the Lions got their run going.”
5 – Adelaidevs West Coast - Optus Stadium – Friday
“They can't drop this one tomorrow night as well against the West Coast Eagles.
“It's at Optus Stadium, it's a bit of a danger game for the Adelaide Crows.
“We've had a lot of people talk about the pressure that Matthew Nicks might be under.”
