Form analyst Nic Ashman has found one at odds at Randwick this weekend.
Ashman, from The Beaten Favourite, has identified Palmetto as one galloper who is over the odds in Race 9 on Saturday.
“I’ve got a roughie up here in Sydney,” Ashman said on SENTrack’s Giddy Up.
“It goes by the name of Palmetto, Race 9, No.2.
“Third-up from a spell, has had no luck in two runs this preparation. Got to remember that this time last year he was going around in a Group 1 Doncaster Mile.
“I think he peaks here third-up, Timmy Clark in the saddle, $26, go and have a unit each-way.”
The John Sargent-trained Palmetto is currently priced at $26 with Sportsbet for the 1600m event which jumps at 5:15pm AEDT.
Ashman also had a selection in each of the three Caulfield features on Saturday.
