"Premiers to missing the 10": The team under the most pressure in Round 13
SEN • June 4th, 2026 7:31 pm

SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 13.
Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.
Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.
1 – Brisbanevs Gold Coast - People First Stadium – Saturday
“Brisbane number one,” Russell told SEN's Dwayne's World.
“Back-to-back premiers, low effort lately. Dropped to ninth, lost their last three, they could go from premiers to missing the 10.
“They'd actually be the first team ever in AFL history to miss the 10 after winning the flag.”
2 - Adelaidevs Geelong – Adelaide Oval – Thursday
“I've got Adelaide at two.
“Minor premiers last year, eighth now. They lost their last game, they are back home tonight, and their chances are slipping away, if they don't win this home game tonight.
No Riley Thilthorpe (or Izak Rankine) I know, but it's a big one for Adelaide tonight.”
3 - Geelongvs Adelaide – Adelaide Oval – Thursday
“Lost to Carlton last week. Yep, lost to Carlton.
“That should sting them. Their top two chances might be out of reach if they lose tonight, and they looked like being a top two team for the best part of a month and a bit.
“The race for the top two might be locked out if Fremantle and Sydney keep winning, and Geelong lose tonight.”
4 – Collingwoodvs Melbourne – MCG – Monday
“11th right now, they've only won one of their past five.
“Collingwood's last two wins are Essendon and the West Coast Eagles.”
5 – Melbournevs Collingwood – MCG – Monday
“It's Steven King's honeymoon. They've lost the last two - is Steven King's honeymoon over?”
“I'd like to put North Melbourne in there, because if you're in the race for the finals, you sell a home game to WA, to a WA team at your peril.
“I don't like the fact that North Melbourne sold a home game to WA when they are in the race for the finals, but, I'll leave them out of the top five.”
