The SEN 10-leg AFL multi for Round 8
The SEN.com.au team has pieced together their weekend multi ahead of Round 8.
With one leg from each contest across the entire round of footy, we've left no stone unturned in building the best odds for your punting needs.
Here are the legs we've locked in across Round 8.
All odds correct with Sportsbet at the time of publishing.

Essendon v North Melbourne
Tom Powell 15+ disposals ($1.07)
North Melbourne midfielder Tom Powell has hit form this season, racking up disposals left, right and centre. He has covered 15+ every game this season and is averaging 22.7 disposals.
Last week, Essendon also leaked huge disposals to the Pies’ midfielders, with Steele Sidebottom, Nick Daicos and Scott Pendlebury all collecting 30+ disposals, and Ned Long managing 22 disposals.
With George Wardlaw being rested, Powell should also see slightly more midfield minutes this week, further pushing his case to secure 15+.
Powell is the perfect man to kick off our multi, even if the odds have shortened dramatically to when we first penned this (on Wednesday morning).
Connor Scanlon
St Kilda v Fremantle
Darcy Wilson 15+ disposals ($1.32)
This young winger always provides good value for 15+, hitting the mark in 6 out of 7 games this season.
In fact, the only game this year that he hasn’t covered 15+ was in Gather Round at Norwood Oval. Norwood Oval is the narrowest official AFL venue, making it an absolute nightmare for wingers.
The second-year Sainter has covered 15+ in each of his last 6 games at Marvel Stadium, becoming somewhat of a Marvel specialist.
Minus that Gather Round blip on a ground which is horrible for wingers, Darcy Wilson has been flawless. 15+ seems like a lock here, C’mon Wilson.
Connor Scanlon
Western Bulldogs v Port Adelaide
Matt Kennedy 20+ disposals ($1.25)
Geez, aren’t the Dogs mids in some decent form?!
Since joining from Carlton, Matt Kennedy has been insatiable for the Doggies, averaging almost 24 touches s game.
He’s raked in 20 or more in all seven starts in the red, white and blue and there’s no valid reason (injury aside) as to why he won’t do it again.
Andrew Slevison
Adelaide v Carlton
George Hewett 25+ disposals ($1.20)
The most underrated player in the AFL is beginning to receive his plaudits.
By far Carlton's best performer this season, Hewett has taken his game to a new level, averaging over 30 disposals a game to rank fifth in the competition through seven games.
25+ in every game this season, we love Georgey to hit the mark once again.
Jaiden Sciberras
Collingwood v Geelong
Ned Long 15+ disposals ($1.14)
As long as Sportsbet keeps giving us this, we will take it.
In every full game Long has played so far this season, he’s had at least 21 disposals.
He’s also averaging 24 disposals per game in those outings, and even once you add in the three times he was the sub, his overall average is 17.71 touches.
Simply put, 15+ is a lock given Long is starting on-field.
Lachlan Geleit
West Coast v Melbourne
Kade Chandler anytime goalscorer ($1.40)
The Demons have hit form, and the Eagles have not.
Chandler is having comfortably his best season, and with the Dees expected to claim this contest, Chandler should find the big sticks.
Five goals in his last five games, including two in back-to-back games, Kade should bag.
Jaiden Sciberras
Sydney v GWS
GWS to win ($1.60)
We know... Derby's are never easy to call.
Emotions are always heightened and the Swans enter off the back of poor form and plenty of criticism, they will certainly want to respond.
But the Giants just have too much. The Swans were exposed by the Suns last week, and coming up against a near-full strength GWS, it's hard to see Sydney coming away with a result here.
At $1.60, we're repping the Orange team.
Jaiden Sciberras
Hawthorn v Richmond
Jack Gunston 2+ goals / Tom Lynch anytime ($1.50)
We’re going a tiny bit weird here with a two-leg multi within the larger multi.
Jack Gunston kicks goals for fun when he’s in top form, and that he is right now. Two or more majors in each of his five outing in 2025 for a haul of 17.
He’s seeing them well enough to bag at least two and even though Noah Balta will be back, Gunston should still find enough room.
We’re adding Tom Lynch to kick at least one goal. He was very good against Melbourne last week with 3.3.
He has a great decent record against the Hawks, booting 17 goals in his last five, so one shouldn’t be too much trouble.
Andrew Slevison
Brisbane v Gold Coast
Josh Dunkley 20+ disposals ($1.21)
Josh Dunkley 20+ disposals is a very safe bet.
In his last 16 games, Dunkley has only had less than 20 disposals once.
He also had 27 and 31 the two times he played Gold Coast twice in 2024.
While he’s only just cleared the 20-touch barrier with returns of 22, 21 and 24 in his last three games, he shouldn’t fall short of it come Sunday night.
