Tassie Devils make two key appointments

The Tasmania Football Club has made two major appointments to its inaugural football department.
SEN Tassie Breakfast's Brent Costelloe is reporting that the Devils have announced Derek Hine as the Head of Recruiting.
The former Collingwood recruiting and list guru will head up Tasmania's list build alongside Todd Patterson who has been appointed as the Head of List Management and Strategy.
Patterson, who grew up in Tasmania, has been the List Manager of Melbourne's AFLW team.
“The Devils have announced two key signings to its football department," Costelloe said.
"Respected figure Collingwood list boss Derek Hine will be the inaugural heads of recruiting. Todd Patterson is coming home to be our head of list management and strategy.
“Both will face the media today in Hobart. That is a big big get for the Devils.
“We knew Derek’s role will be based in Melbourne and Todd will be in Tasmania.
“Those names have been rumoured from the start. They’ve got a couple of very good choices and they will set us up for the future.”
