SENTrack: Tuesday best bets from Cam Luke & Campbell Brown (15/04)
Cam Luke & Campbell Brown have your Tuesday sorted on Trackside.
The lads have taken a close look at Armidale, Seymour, Kembla Grange & Townsville in a bid to find the family some winners.
See their best bets below:👇
Cam Luke
ARMIDALE
Race 7 | 4. Chandon Star
Didn’t handle the soft track last start and back on firmer deck is much better. There is some speed in the race including the fav (Outta De Lady) from a wide gate so a squeeze forward won’t be an issue with speed will be on allowing him to get in! Gets up to 1100m for the first in a while and I think thah also works.
SEYMOUR
Race 2 | 9. Tassron
Debuts here so don’t go silly but looked a nice type in a Flemington jump out recently. Clearly a stayer so kicking off at 1600m isn’t an issue. He will go back from that gate so will need a touch of speed on which is a slight query but with a decent sized field and Devine Grunt drawn wide I think organically speed will ensure. Eau De Cologne is the one to beat. Debuted poorly but in a much, much tougher race including town and been out for a while and trialled ok but I’m sticking with Chris Waller.
Race 4 | 6. Bazaball Rewarded
Drawn wide but might be better than last start when drawn 1 and should have won at Ballarat. Fav Bedtime Angel drawn a couple inside her so Stacky might take a risk and try and get on back going forward. Good track works for her and she is racing really well and I like staying at the 1000m. If she gets a backside she will break the maiden which should have happened last start.
KEMBLA GRANGE
Race 3 | 3. Moonlight Gambler
Hit a flat spot before winning at Newcastle last start over 900m which suggests 1000m will suit. Not a huge amount of speed outside of Aegipan and Moonlight Gambler will sit right outside him. Has the fitness and speed map advantage over the fav Correon who was great winning on debut (1300m) but feel the 1000m might be a tad slick for him today.
Race 5 | 1. Cathedral Cove
Comes back to the 1200m and I think that works. Will box seat is be imagine with a lot of speed in the race (Turning Circle & Strassman) but leading wouldn’t stun me from that gate. K Mac goes on and will be very hard to beat! Oui Oui Oui deserves to be fav after a decent debut without luck and has trialled well but just like 1st start has drawn the car park and needs luck which she didn’t get on debut so I’ll go with barriers win races!!

Campbell Brown
ARMIDALE
Race 6 | 4. Nation Changing
Impressive debut from this gelding 3.5 weeks ago. Drawn barrier 1 and shouldn't have to do any work to find the box seat or hunt through and lead. Coming up against more experienced seasoned horses but think he can go through the grades. $2.40.
SEYMOUR
Race 3 | 1. Alvin
Racing well, barrier a concern but think Harry Coffey can get across as there isnt a stack of speed inside in the race. The favourite will be giving us a head start, and we have the fitness to hold it off late $4.40.
KEMBLA GRANGE
Race 3 | 3. Moonlight Gambler
Won well last start when short priced favourite. Slight rise in trip no problems. All dangers are first up today. Can win again $3.80.
TOWNSVILLE
Race 4 | 1. Barmera
Never runs a bad race. Well beaten last start, but rise in trip looks ideal, small field. Should be able to lead and dictate $1.90.
