With the Sir Doug Nicholls Round taking place across Round 10 and 11 of the 2025 AFL season, we thought now was the perfect time to shine a light on some past and present Indigenous stars of our game.

While there are countless Indigenous stars that have played at the top level across the history of the game, we've zeroed in on the 21st century.

With that in mind, SEN.com.au has put together our Best 23 of Indigenous AFL players since the year 2000.
