SEN’s AFL Team of The Week for Opening Round, 2025
The first edition of the SEN Team of The Week is in for 2025!
While we only had the two games take place during Opening Round, plenty of players still stood out with the Hawks beating the Swans at the SCG and the Giants making a statement against the Magpies at ENGIE Stadium.
The winning teams are represented most in the Opening Round side, with GWS having 10 and Hawthorn having 7 players in the 23 selected.
Sydney had 4 players stand up in their defeat, while there was room for only two Magpies as they went down by 52 points.
