NZ Cricket has unveiled its international home summer schedule for 2026/27, headlined by a blockbuster tour from India and home series for both the Blackcaps and White Ferns.
India will visit New Zealand for five T20s, five ODIs and two Tests between October and December, with the twelve match tour the largest inbound international series in NZC history.
The White Ferns will host Bangladesh in three T20s and three ODIs from December 10 to 23, before the Blackcaps close out the home summer with a white ball and Test series against Sri Lanka in January and February.
A total of 24 internationals will be played across eight venues, with Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga all hosting matches during India's highly anticipated tour.
Sport Nation will once again provide free to air audio coverage throughout the international summer.

NZC Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer Glenn Critchley said the schedule would deliver another memorable summer for cricket fans around the country.
“It’s going to be another exciting summer and we’re delighted to be able to bring 41 days of international cricket to Kiwi cricket fans across eight cities,” he said.
“We know how much the Blackcaps and White Ferns love playing in front of their home crowd and I’m sure the New Zealand public will get out in force to support them.”
Critchley said the India series would be one of the marquee events of the summer.
“When it comes to cricket – it simply doesn’t get bigger than India and we’re determined to deliver New Zealanders a tour like no other.”
Blackcaps spinner Ish Sodhi is already looking forward to the challenge.
“It’s always a special occasion playing India,” Sodhi said.
“They’re an unbelievable cricket team, full of talent and star power – you know every time you face them it’s going to be seriously challenging.”
The White Ferns' six match series against Bangladesh will be their only home assignment of the season ahead of the inaugural ICC Women’s Champions Trophy in Sri Lanka in February.

White Ferns spinner Eden Carson said she was excited to return after a lengthy injury layoff.
“It’s been a challenging period and I’ve had to be patient with the injury,” Carson said.
“After missing all of the recent summer and the current tour to England, I’m excited and motivated to get back out on the park.”
Christchurch's Hagley Oval will launch the international summer with back to back T20s against India and will also host the second Test, while Wellington's Cello Basin Reserve has been awarded the opening Test.
Following their four Test tour of Australia, the Blackcaps return home to face Sri Lanka in three ODIs, three T20s and two Tests. The series concludes with Tests at Bay Oval and Seddon Park, while the third and final T20 will be played at Saxton Oval on Sunday, January 31.
