Which NRL coaches are most likely to be sacked at the end of the season?

SEN’s Andrew McCullough and The Daily Telegraph’s Michael Carayannis have given their thoughts on which coaches will be gone at the end of the 2025 NRL season.
With no coaches having been sacked to this point in the season, speculation has intensified in recent weeks on the likes of Des Hasler, Adam O’Brien, Todd Payten, and Anthony Seibold facing the brunt of this.
On SENQ Breakfast, the 309-game player for the Broncos, Knights and Dragons believes that it will be Hasler and Seibold that depart their respective clubs.
McCullough feels that the Titans need to reset themselves following an incredibly disappointing season that sees them sit in 17th place on the ladder and look resigned to that spot for the remaining three rounds.

By doing this reset, according to the four-time Queensland representative, it should allow them to tap into the local talent that the Gold Coast has within their backyard, which will free up some money in their salary cap.
“I think Dessie (is) gone,” McCullough declared.
“There’s too much speculation; there’s too much smoke around the place. I think they’ll wait till the end of the season. They’ll be doing their research now and trying to get the right suitor of that club.
“I think they need to freshen up and start again and try and blood some of the younger kids coming through, as it is a prestigious area, the Gold Coast (in terms of quality of young players).
“Some of those players going, it could be an absolute masterclass where they can free up a lot of money and get some key players and the balance of that squad where they need."
Later in the show, he also felt that Seibold, who re-signed with the Sea-Eagles until 2027 last December, will be left to find work elsewhere now that the team is no longer in finals contention following their loss to the Wests Tigers last week.
“If the Sea-Eagles can’t get it done for DCE’s 350th at home against the Dolphins, who are depleted, then there really is alarm bells ringing at Manly,” he added.

“I reckon Seibs is gone too.”
On SEN 1170’s Breakfast, Carayannis also believes that Hasler will be parting ways with the Titans irrespective of their results for the remainder of the season.
“I don’t think it matters, he’s gone,” he said.
But when it came to whether Seibold would have his contract terminated, he feels that he will continue in 2026.
“I think Anthony Seibold is safe regardless (of results this season).”
The Sea-Eagles will be featuring against the Dolphins on Saturday afternoon as they celebrate Daly Cherry-Evans in his 350th game at Brookvale Oval.
Following that, the Gold Coast Titans will look to repeat their Round 21 result against the New Zealand Warriors when they host them at Cbus Super Stadium.
