Comsistent old boy who relishes these small fields. Drawn ideal to win something he has only done twice in his past ten outings. Likes a wider draw and with speed in 2 and 8 he should be able to do his thing mid race. Lost to Rockhampton cup winner BACKCREEK BENNY last start so the form lines are good. Hold your breathe early.
R5 N4 PROPER STAR
Was exceptional on debut but found one slightly better but flips the script tonight on my data and maps. Draws inside of the favourite which is a huge plus, expect to ping and burn straight to the front. Has tremendous mid race acceleration and hopefully utilises that tonight. Minimal speed in 1 to 3 so unless we walk out we should find the rail with ease. Highly talented and expect big things in future starts!

Speed inside in 1, 2 & 4 is good, no speed outside is better and mad railers in 3 & 4 should give us room to whip round mid race.
