Chicago have inflicted a 12th-straight NBA loss on Washington, winning 127-108, while Damian Lillard's double-double steered Milwaukee to victory in Miami.
Coby White has recorded 21 points and eight rebounds and Nikola Vucevic added 19 and 12 to lift Chicago to a 127-108 victory over the reeling Wizards in Washington.
White sank five three-pointers and Zach LaVine drained four to highlight his 18-point performance on Tuesday night in an NBA Cup East Group C game.
Australian Josh Giddey (11 points, four rebounds, eight assists) was one of seven Bulls to register double digits in points.
The visitors benefited from a decisive second quarter in which they outscored Washington 40-18, sending their hosts to a 12th consecutive loss.
The Wizards last tasted victory against Atlanta on October 30.
In Miami, Damian Lillard scored 37 points and handed out 12 assists, and Milwaukee wasted a 22-point second-half lead before beating the Heat 106-103 in East Group B action.
Brook Lopez scored 13 points and Bobby Portis had 11 for the Bucks (9-9), who have won five in a row and moved to 3-0 in Cup play, a half-game ahead of Detroit (2-0).
Milwaukee were without Giannis Antetokounmpo, a late pre-game scratching because of swelling in his left knee.
Jimmy Butler scored 23 points for Miami, who got 18 from Tyler Herro, 17 from Terry Rozier and 16 from Bam Adebayo. The Heat (1-2) — who were outscored 60-30 from three-point range — tied the game at 96-96 and got within one point on three later occasions, but never led.
Overtime was needed in Minnesota to separate the Timberwolves and Houston.
Alperen Sengun had a triple-double (22 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists), Fred VanVleet added 27 points and 11 assists, and the Rockets pulled off a 117-111 win.
Dillon Brooks added 22 points for Houston (13-6), who improved to 3-0 in the competition and clinched West Group A and a spot in the NBA Cup quarter-finals.
Anthony Edwards had 29 points and 10 boards for Minnesota (8-9), who have now lost three in a row.
