Crows star Marinoff wins AFLW Best and Fairest award, 2024 All-Australian team named

Ebony Marinoff was on Monday night crowned the AFLW Best and Fairest player for 2024.
The Adelaide Crows star capped a sensational individual season by polling 23 votes to add the league B&F to the AFLCA Champion Player Award she won a fortnight ago.
Marinoff beat North Melbourne’s Ash Riddell (20) by three votes to become the second Crow to win the award after Erin Phillips.
Essendon’s Madison Prespakis was third on 18 votes, while last season’s winner, Richmond star Mon Conti, another previous winner, Brisbane’s Emily Bates, and Bombers gun Georgia Nanscawen were all tied on 17.

Marinoff was awarded with a seventh AA blazer alongside North’s Jasmine Garner who was named captain of the team.

The 2024 AFLW Grand Final between three-time premiers (and reigning champs) the Brisbane Lions and last season’s runners-up North Melbourne takes place at Ikon Park this Saturday night, November 30, from 7:45pm AEDT.
