JANUARY 14 UPDATE: Work has now been completed on the Henderson radio masts, allowing for Sport Nation's Auckland frequency 1476AM to continue operating as per normal. We thank you for your patience during this period of schedule maintenance and for those that continued to listen via the website and app.
Auckland's rail network isn't the only thing being switched off during January to allow for necessary changes to be completed.
Sport Nation's 1476AM frequency, along with others in the region, has temporarily gone off-air as of January 5 to allow for work to be completed on the Henderson radio masts. These planned outages occur between the hours of 9.10am and 4.50pm.
This crucial maintenance was estimated to be completed in 6 working days, but it is weather dependent, and the latest communication we have received states this work will continue on Wednesday January 14.
Sport Nation will provide updates via this page if any further delays are expected.
