Crystal ball: Tom Morris’ 11 predictions for the 2025 AFL Trade Period
Trade expert Tom Morris has listed his 11 predictions ahead of the 2025 AFL Trade Period.
Commencing on Monday morning, the official Trade Period has opened, with several big names expected to lead the line in what shapes to be one of the biggest trade windows in competition history.
With that being said, Morris has given his predictions on where the biggest wantaway stars will land ahead of 2026.
“Last year I got 10 out of 12 (predictions correct), which was reasonable,” Morris told Trade Radio.

"Clayton Oliver gets to the Giants, though multiple other clubs express interest, and he ends up making the call that he wants to move to GWS."
6 – Marshall's move gets nasty
"Rowan Marshall’s move to Geelong is bitter, drawn out, but eventually happens. Geelong offloads a first-rounder as part of the deal."
