Trade Talk: Where will Premiership Lion be in 2026?
SEN’s Kym Dillon believes that Brisbane forward Callum Ah Chee has made his decision for where he will play in 2026.
The 27-year-old has been a mainstay of the Lions’ line-up since joining the side back in 2020, which included a career-best season last year as Brisbane claimed the premiership.
This season, Ah Chee has played in every game bar one for the Lions, having averaged a goal per game alongside 13 disposals and five marks.
Throughout the season, he has attracted offers from both Adelaide and West Coast, with his contract finishing at the end of the year.
And Dillon thinks that Ah Chee has already made up his mind, having chosen the Crows with the decision to be formalised once the Grand Final has concluded.
“I believe Brisbane will not match Adelaide’s offer,” he said on SEN SA’s Kymbo and the Rooch.
“He has chosen Adelaide’s offer over West Coast, I understand.
“Things can always change, but I’m fairly comfortable with that one, so we’ll hear a bit more once the Grand Final has finished.”
The Trade Period does not officially open until October 6
