The Fraser Ladder: Carlton's turn of form since Fraser's appointment
Since Josh Fraser took over as Carlton's interim coach, the Blues have fired back into form and back into September contention.
But just how good have they been under Fraser?
Introducing... The Fraser Ladder!

Calculating wins, losses and percentages since Round 10, 2026, the Fraser Ladder tells the story of just how strong the Blues have been under their current caretaker.
Since taking over, the Blues have won eight of their 10 matchups, sitting second on the ladder only behind Fremantle over the last 10 weeks.
With their percentage point taking a hit following their 64-point loss to Hawthorn, the Blues rank ninth in percentage since Fraser took charge.
However, their eight wins holds them a game ahead of Hawthorn, Adelaide, Brisbane, Collingwood and the Western Bulldogs over a 10-game span.
The Blues rank nine places higher than their current AFL ladder position, residing in 11th place and outside the Wildcard places on percentage.
Outside of Fraser's Carlton, only the Sydney Swans have seen a difference of more than two places between the real ladder and the Fraser Ladder, falling from second to ninth over a 10-week span.
