The wild weather has continued to affect the AFL's Community Series, with Richmond's match at Mars Stadium against the Dees seeing a delay in play due to lightning in the area.
The two sides only got three minutes in before being taken off the field for a suspension of play following severe weather in Ballarat.
Despite being on the field for only three minutes, there was still some unfortunate news.
2024 Mid-Season draftee Luker Kentfield would need help from the club's medical staff to come off the field after an awkward landing while trying to take a mark.
Melbourne is currently in the lead by six points with Harvey Langford kicking the goal.
The AFL has since confirmed that play is set to begin at 4:50pm AEDT.
