Value Player: Young Hawk stars in Finals Week 2
The National Tiles Value Player is in for Finals Week 2!
Just weeks after returning from a long-term battle with a broken leg, young Hawk Sam Butler takes out the honour after his performance in Hawthorn's Semi-Final win over the Crows at the Adelaide Oval.
Butler had 15 disposals and picked up nine tackles, swinging forward to remain dangerous and booting two goals in a superb outing.
The 22-year-old laid five of his nine tackles in the first term, while two second half majors helped put the nail in the coffin for the Hawks as they eliminated the minor premiers in their own backyard!
