St Kilda B&F: No surprises for Nasiah; breakout Saint nabs 4th

As expected, Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera has won the 2025 Trevor Barker Award as St Kilda’s best and fairest.
The 22-year-old capped a stellar season by winning his maiden B&F, adding to his first All-Australian blazer and lucrative new Saints contract.
Wanganeen-Milera polled 313 votes to beat last year’s winner Cal Wilkie (238) with dual winner Jack Sinclair (223) in third.
Max Hall, who was selected in the 2024 mid-season rookie draft, polled 169 votes to finish fourth in a breakout campaign after debuting in Round 1. He was narrowly ahead of Marcus Windhager (158) in fifth.
Wanganeen-Milera broke through for the B&F in his fourth AFL season after finishing fifth in both 2023 and 2024.
Other award winners on the night included a second gong for Nasiah who won the Red Rooster Sainter of the Year Award, while Hall took out the John Beveridge Best Emerging Player Award, Brad Hill was named the Robert Harvey Best Clubman and Mitch Owens landed the Lenny Hayes Team Trademark Award.
