Hawthorn veteran Jack Gunston has won the Peter Crimmins Medal, his second Hawks best and fairest following a stellar 2025 campaign.
At 33 years old, Gunston turned back the years over the course of the season, booting a career-high 73 goals from 23 games, going goalless just once and exceeding his career season-high by 15 goals.
Gunston’s best and fairest nod comes five seasons after his first Peter Crimmins Medal, partnering his All-Australian blazer to cap off the best season of his elite AFL career.
Back flanker Karl Amon secured second place, averaging a career-high 24 disposals and nearly 600 metres gained, while vice-captain Dylan Moore rounded out the top three.
