This policy governs the use of your personal information by Entain New Zealand Limited “Entain NZ”, a delegate of TAB New Zealand. Entain NZ operates the TAB (https://www.tab.co.nz), betcha (https://www.betcha.co.nz) and Sport Nation (https://sportnation.nz/) brands.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Sports Nation brand only. Entain NZ collects your personal information for this brand. Entain NZ is referred to in this policy as “we”, “us”, and “our”.
