Race 2 | 8. Altermatum
Going to need a bit of speed in the race being back from 1300m but she is the class horse in the race! Blinkers off after that great resuming run in town and I do expect her to be hard to hold out. Always runs well and her second up form is very solid. Former HK horse Street Conqueror has intrigue. Has trialled up really well and will be the one she has to beat!!
Race 3 | 2. Otago
Runs well first up and his jump out was just ok but this is easier than what he normally contends. Had a year off after Aust Guineas and before that started $4 in a Sire Produce. His form on return behind King Z is enough for this. My only wonder is where he gets in the run. Inside gate with a little speed engaged (Deep Pleasure / Mister Me) means he will need to show a little toe early to hold a spot. Hopefully he can do that fresh and be hard to hold out!
Race 5 | 2. Arcora & 4. Azazel (SRM top 3)
Was really good in the Super Impose when having a similar run of what he will get today, right on back of speed! He is clearly a horse who enjoys the distance rise of which he gets today! Can camp off speed and be in the finish. I know Taggs likes Arcora and he will be another who comes out of the same right race . Big galloping boy who will need some space and the runs will need to present themselves which they didn’t at Flemington. I think one of these two will be in the finish. Highvol ran the Guineas like he needs way way further and he gets it today but it’s a steep step up In distance so I’ll stay away from but he is classy!
Race 6 | 4. Emphasize (each-way)
Can’t draw a gate but would have been in the finish anyway at MV last start with luck in straight. 1700m getting closer to his best distance and Williams goes on for first time this prep. Will be proactive and squeeze forward I'd imagine so a little luck needed but if he can find a backside he will be hard to beat and is over the odds and a great each way play!

Race 3 | 2. Otago
Very good horse who ran into king zephyr first up last prep. That horse went around as $1.60 in a G1 last start. Drawn well, nice claim and is a great price $4.
Race 5 | 1. Highvol
Stable very confident he will run a big race today. Easiest field he has been in for some time. $3.60.
WARWICK FARM
Race 2 | 1. Frosty Girl
2/2 in first prep. Looks a very nice filly. Small field a slight worry but oozes class $1.80.EAGLE FARM
Race 3 | 11. Lady Milan
Dont often tip debutants on debut but this filly looks a class above this field provided she brings trial form to races. Good jockey from dominant stable. $1.95.

Race 3 | 2. Otago
Resumes and he just looks better than them. Came onto the scene with a bang as a 3yo then went amiss. Returned after a year off and was beaten by a good one in King Zephyr. Won a recent jumpout, draws pole, gets a claim and should get the run of the race.
Race 5 | 2. Arcora
Was a travesty last start and is still looking to get out after being tangled up along the fence. Shinn takes the ride which is a big plus and he should run out a strong 2200m.
Race 7 | 5. Whisky On The Hill
Should have at least won by three last start after box seating. Never got out until inside the 100m and hit the line enormous. Should get a gun run in transit and is going to be hard to beat.
