Cam Luke & Campbell Brown have your Tuesday sorted on Trackside.
The lads have taken a close look at Seymour, Hawkesbury, Albury & Townsville in a bid to find the family some winners.
See their best bets below:👇
Cam Luke
SEYMOUR
Race 6 | 11. Antisocial
There is a lot of speed here so I expect Tapo the fave to have some pressure so I’m with this bloke who will get a nice run right behind the speed. Always runs well first-up and the good track and jockey on form I like a lot. Only him or Tapo will win so I have an Exacta 7-11 and Quinella with the same numbers.
Race 7 | 8. Queen Katrina
Huge two back but then slipped at start and nothing went right in town last start. Not a huge amount of speed drawn inside her so should be able to get cross easier in an easier race. If she gets to the fence (only Calabria Bella might push up) she will be able to dictate and they will struggle to run her down. Even OSL would be enough today.
Race 9 | 2. Genteel
Is a horse who needs a little further but he isn’t the only one in this field like that. He was ok when able to wind up last start off a two month break so expect him to squeeze forward even more today in a race devoid of speed on paper. If he is able to get into a nice rhythm I think he will be very hard to beat.
HAWKESBURY
Race 3 | 9. Murphilly
She has had a little freshen up and stays at the 1600m where she stepped to from 1200m last start and was good! Handled the heavy well and is drawn to follow the fav Diamond Show (never been on heavy) wherever it goes. Murph is my bet because she always runs well and I have more confidence in the Filly to handle the conditions.
Race 6 | 9. Clifton Springs
$2.90 in this five horse field feels generous. Stays at the 1100m after being a tad unlucky last start in a tougher race. I think can sit off the back Titan Star and go bang in the straight. Handles the heavy well and as I said the race has fallen away in a big way and I expect Clifton Srings to be too good!
Campbell Brown
SEYMOUR
Race 5 | 5. Saltburn
Last two runs, very good for two second's. Blinkers on today, drawn well. $2.50.
HAWKESBURY
Race 4 | 3. Super Nui
This horse absolutely bolted in last start on a heavy deck. Finds similar conditions today and no reason why it cant make it a gap job again. Best in country $2!
ALBURY
Race 3 | 8. Grinzinger Fashion
Love this trainer. Nice win last start at Wangaratta and is now screaming out for 2000m. Soft track unknown. Look for market push. Keen.
TOWNSVILLE
Race 1 | 3. Grey Power
Will jump and run. Was good last start only collared late. 2kg claim helps. Clearly the one to catch.
