CEO Cameron George believes the Warriors are primed to go to the next level in 2026.
On Friday, George told Sport Nation’s Scotty & Izzy he has complete faith in this year's squad.
“I’m absolutely confident in every player that pulls on that jumper from No. 1 to No. 30 so that’s something that’s taken a while to build.”
George admitted the side may not have been ready in recent years, but believes they are now capable of taking on the big task ahead.
“There’s a lot more capability there, there's a lot more depth there. The boys are hungry and they want to win.
“It’s time for us to put that stake in the ground so when [opposing teams] walk down those 100 flights of stairs to their dressing room, they know they’re in for a war.

“It starts tonight with a full house, and our players setting the standard and the tone for the year.”
George noted the team to face the Sydney Roosters in the season-opener is generally younger than usual.
But due to injury last season, that younger talent were thrust into the spotlight earlier than anticipated, which allowed them an early chance to grow.
Last week, Andrew Webster shared his excitement for players including Leka Halasima, Demitric Vaimauga, Jacob Laban and Tanner Stowers-Smith to step up and become regular first graders.
“I’m proud to represent our fans the best way I possibly can and just so hungry to get success in New Zealand.”
