Racing in Queensland this afternoon comes from Ipswich where the track was posted a Soft (7) this morning. An unexpected storm dumped 40mm on the track overnight & there’s a further chance of more storms from late morning. The first of 7 races is set to go at 1.38pm local QLD time. Looks a tough day not knowing what is ahead of us weather wise.

RACE 7 # 12 BUCKS FIZZReally liked the way she found the line last start & although in an ideal world further would be ideal she’s only third-up & sharp enough to still win staying at the same 1350m trip. Note she did win her maiden by a space at Grafton on soft (7) ground.
