RACE 4 # 2 TORABELLAOutstanding win at Eagle Farm last start when working for the first 600m of the race before able to slot across one off the fence. Pulled deep again approaching the turn she ambled up to her rivals at the top of the straight before coasting on by. She ticks all the boxes this afternoon & will just about lead from the good gate. She does look a ‘good thing’.

RACE 2 # 1 IVERSONI don’t make a habit of tipping in these distance races however this well drawn Robert Heathcote trained runner does look extremely well placed to make it 2 wins from his past 3 starts. Chased home well his latest outing at Eagle Farm when up in trip off a freshen up & strips fitter this time around mapping perfectly for leading jockey Ryan Maloney, should prove too strong.

RACE 9 # 9 HATCHETNo huge odds however at the early price on offer I’m still of the opinion he represents value. Fitter for the first up second at the Sunshine Coast he will find this tougher however does drop 6kg in weight & holds a good second up record. He races very well her on the track & he’s won 5 of 9 here over this trip running second on three other occasions.
