Not quite the fitness test we thought we would be monitoring in Grand Final week, but the NRL are sweating on their entertainment with Teddy Swims currently sick and not able to perform.
The American singer was forced to cancel his recent shows at the last minute owing to ill health sparking concerns for Sunday night's pre-game extravaganza.
The Melbourne Storm will take on the Brisbane Broncos this Sunday night in the Grand Final showdown with the Grammy winning artist locked in to perform. But the question is will he be fit in time?
"Honolulu, I’m so sorry to let you know that both tonight’s show (Saturday, September 27th) and tomorrow’s (Sunday, September 28th) rescheduled performance will not be taking place," Swims wrote on his Instagram.
"My doctor has not cleared me to sing, and I need a little time to recover before I can give you the show you deserve.
"I hate do disappoint you and truly apologise for letting you down. Thank you for your love patience and understanding.
"I can’t wait until I’m back and able to sing for you again. I love love love you!"
