As you might expect, after almost 20 years of managing the All Blacks, Darren Shand has a story or two to tell.
Signing on in 2004, Shand oversaw four World Cup campaigns at the helm of the All Blacks, including the back-to-back success of 2011 and 2015, where some of the greatest teams to have worn the black jersey reigned over the rugby planet.
Shand joined Millsy & Guy this week for an extended one-hour interview encompassing both his life with the All Blacks - in particular, life operating alongside the likes of Sir Steve Hansen and Sir Graham Henry - as well as the rest of his journey in sports, including his involvement in the recent Silver Ferns' culture review.
