Blackcaps bowl first in second T20 against England

The Blackcaps have won the toss and will bowl first in the second T20 against England on Monday.
For the second straight match, captain Mitchell Santner opted to take the ball first at Hagley Oval, two days after the opener was washed out at the same venue.
Both captains have named unchanged starting XIs.

After limiting England to a modest total of 153/6 the hosts didn't get a chance to reply, with incessant rain spoiling proceedings for the sold-out crowd in Christchurch.
The third and final match takes place at Auckland's Eden Park on Thursday, before the ODI series begins on October 26.
