There was plenty of content for the lads to feast on this past week on SENZ's Scotty & Izzy.
Buoyed by the return of sharpshooter Grace Nweke, the Silver Ferns romped to a convincing series victory over the Australians to bring the trans-Tasman trophy back across the ditch for the first time in three years.
At Sky Stadium, Wellington and Bay of Plenty put on an NPC final for the ages, going into extra time in treacherous conditions, where the Lions managed to sneak ahead and bring the title to the capital.
Stateside, the Dodgers clinched the World Series with a 4-1 series victory over the New York Yankees in a battle of two heavyweight franchises.
