The move would see Just link up with fellow All White Marko Stamenic, who joined Swansea from Nottingham Forest in August last year.
Swansea confirmed Stamenic’s arrival in August 2025, while Motherwell had signed Just from Danish club Horsens the month before.
The fee is understood to be a club record for Motherwell, surpassing their previous mark of NZ$9.8 million.
If completed, the transfer would cap a rapid rise for Just, who only joined Motherwell last year but has now turned his World Cup form into a major move to the English Championship.
